If you are going to use your Direct Payment to employ a Personal Assistant you may need to advertise, interview and then select one. WDPSS can support Wiltshire Direct Payment users with this in several ways:

Our Direct Payment Advisors are able to give you advice and support if you require it.
We are able to place adverts with newspapers on your behalf and operate a small budget for this, which is provided by Wiltshire County Council. To ensure fair use of this budget we have established an advertising protocol.
We are able to act as an agent to send out application packs and receive replies from prospective employees. This way you will not need to give out personal contact details such as your telephone number or address until you have had a chance to vet applications.
