Are you struggling to manage your Direct Payment?
In addition to the support service we offer through our Direct Payment Advisors, we have contracted with the Wiltshire Centre for Independent Living (WCIL) to provide a Peer Support Service for Direct Payment users in Wiltshire.
This service is administered by Alison Barrett of WCIL, who has brought together a small team of experienced Direct Payment users who can support anyone who is new to Direct Payments, or has been on them for some time, but is experiencing problems. This means that you can get phone or email support from someone who has actually been through the process and experienced many of the same problems.
